Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present interlocutory application. 3. Accordingly, the present interlocutory application is hereby, dismissed as not pressed for. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- “For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) particularly a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondent No.2 to grant affiliation with retrospective effect for the academic session 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14 to the petitioner pursuant to the recommendation of the Vinoba Bhave University and in compliance of the order dated 23.02.2016 passed by Hon’ble Chancellor of Universities of Jharkhand in Review Appeal of 02/2015.” 2026:JHHC:5008 6. A counter affidavit dated 03.02.2026 has been filed by the respondent No.2. Paragraph No.6 of the said affidavit is relevant, which is as follows:- “6. That the answering opposite party states that Swami Ramkrishna Paramhans Teacher Training College, Dugda, Bokaro has been granted post facto temporary affiliation for the year 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14 by the Department vide Letter No.196 dated 27.01.2026 and necessary instructions has been given to the Binod Bihari Mahto Koylanchal University, Dhanbad.” 7. Since the prayer has already been complied, there is no cause of action survives in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition is hereby, disposed of. 8. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to approach before this Court, if any cause of action arises in future.
