Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) The present appellant seeks direction for protection on account of having a traffic challan and the learned Single Judge has been more than benevolent to grant the hearing by virtual method and his personal presence was directed not to be insisted. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. We are of the considered opinion that the present appeal is totally misconceived for the relief which is sought. 3. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed with costs of Rs.25,000/-. In case the same is not deposited, the same will be recovered by coercive method by the District Magistrate, Hamirpur. 4. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. (G.S.
