Thereafter, there has been no substantial progress in the matter. 3. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2023 and is already posted for commencement of trial, this Court directs the learned Principal Sub Judge, Tenkasi to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 307 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible. 4.
