The case of the petitioner is that he is an Executive Committee Member of the fourth respondent–Perunazhi DSV Primary School Committee. According to the petitioner, the School Committee has committed various financial irregularities and instances of mismanagement. Seeking appropriate action against the members of the School Committee, the petitioner submitted a representation to the official respondents. Since no action was taken on the said representation, the petitioner filed W.P.(MD) No.19158 of 2025 before this Court. By order dated 16.07.2025, this Court directed the official respondents to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders. Pursuant to the said direction, the impugned order came to be passed. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition has been filed. 3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 4.
