Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the State 2. The applicants, who are in custody since 25.07.2025, have approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No.163 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 305(e)/ 112 of the BNS, 2023. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and from perusal of record, it appears that as per the allegation, 7 tonnes of scrap wire/ strip have been stolen, but how this huge quantity of scraps have been moved from the place of occurrence that has not been disclosed. 4. Considering the narrative given in the F.I.R and the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the applicants on bail. Accordingly, the applicants are directed to be released on bail, on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No.163 of 2025, on the condition that the applicants will submit self-attested photocopy of their Aadhaar Cards and also submit their mobile numbers before the learned - 1 - B.A. No.11512 of 2025 2026:JHHC:4938 trial court which they will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
