Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner would be granted eligible Dearness Allowance and eight weeks time may be granted for disbursal of the amount due and payable to the petitioner. 4. In the light of the above, without going into merits of the matter this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to disburse the eligible amount of Dearness Allowance to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
