It is contended by learned Counsel for petitioner that despite pendency of execution application, decree is not being executed by the learned Trial Court. 5. This Court is of the opinion that this issue cannot fall for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is, accordingly, not maintainable before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 6. At this, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present writ petition enabling him to file a proper petition before this Court. 7. Permission granted. 8.
