The only prayer made in the present writ petition is for issuance of direction to respondent nos.2 and 3 to decide the petitioner’s application dated 31.12.2025 for grant of consent to establish / consent to operate within a stipulated period of time. 2. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in-principle approval was granted to the application but, subsequently, it has been reverted back to the petitioner. 3. The petitioner on 08.01.2026 has submitted hard copies of pre-feasibility report and environmental management plan but the respondents have not taken any final decision on the application of the petitioner so far. 1 2026:UHC:3585-DB 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3 states that the application will be decided within four weeks. 5. Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent nos.2 and 3 to pass final order on the application of the petitioner dated 31.12.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the instant order. 6.
