The writ petition is directed against the refusal of the respondent authorities to consider a representation dated 28th December, 2020. It appears from the records that the respondent-Bank had already initiated proceeding under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI). There is a serious question of maintainability of the writ petition. Moreover, in view of the non-appearance of the petitioner, WPA 4857 of 2021 stands dismissed for default. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
