Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3. The prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s land in Sy.No.379 for an extent of Ac.2.50 cents and Sy.No.186 for an extent of Ac.2.00 cents situated at Chindukur Village, Gadivemula Mandal, Nandhyal District in (D Schedule), except by following the due process of law. 4. Therefore, without going into merits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, directing the respondent authorities to follow due process of law, as contemplated under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and 4 Endowments Act, 1987, before evicting the petitioner from the aforesaid property. There shall be no order as to costs.
