On perusal of the above refusal check slip and the judgement and decree procured by the petitioners in partition suit between them in O.S.No.165 of 2014 which was decreed on 25.11.2014 by the Principal District Munsif Court, Padmanabapuram indicates that the parties have settled the dispute inter se and have also thereafter executed the partition deed dated 30.06.2026. Therefore, there is no basis for refusing the registration of partition deed.
