Mr. Shubhang Dobhal, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Ms. Devika Tiwari, (through V.C.) and Mr. Jagat Singh Mehra, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. By the instant petition, petitioner is praying for the following relief: “A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the learned District Judge, Dehradun to decide the Small Causes Case No. 18 of 2025 (Dhiraj Bhandari Vs. Union Bank of India) within a prescribed period of time.” 4. Relief as sought appears to be innocuous one. 5. In such view of the matter, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to the learned District Judge, Dehradun to decide the Small Causes Case No. 18 of 2025 (Dhiraj Bhandari Vs.
