J DILEEP KUMAR The Court made the following order: On 27.11.2025, this Court disposed of the writ petition directing the petitioners herein to make a detailed representation to all respondents within one week from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and the concerned authority is directed to examine the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of two months therefrom. Till such time, the respondents are directed not to take any coercive steps against the subject property. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has furnished the written instruction dated 16.06.2026 issued by the Tahsildar, Naidupet, wherein it is stated that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sullurupet, issued notices and conducted hearing/enquiry and disposed of the petitions and served the order copies to the writ petitioners. The said order copy was received by one Thigala Bhaskar on behalf of the other two members of his family on 13.01.2026. Therefore, the order of this Court, disobedience of which is complained of, has been complied with and there remains nothing for adjudication in the present contempt case. 3. Since the order of this Court, disobedience of which is complained of, has been complied with, the Contempt Case is Closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the rejection order before the appropriate authority, if they are so aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs.
