Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following writ petition:- “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) to direct the respondents to grant pension as per Pension Rules made by the State Government and declare that granting minimum pension of Rs. 7750/- reflected in the Pay Pension Order (PPO) as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 & 16 of the Constitution of India, 1950. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) to the respondents to re-calculate and grant pension to the petitioner as per the length of service along with consequential benefits and arrears arising therefrom; 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s), in facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is entitled for arrears along with interest @ 10% per annum on the arrears which remained unpaid since the date of retirement of the petitioner; 10.4 Any other relief/ reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner is non-payment of enhanced pension. She however submits that at this stage, petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh comprehensive representation before respondent no. 3 to 5 and direction be issued to respondent no. 3 to 5 to consider and take decision on representation to be submitted by petitioner at the earliest within specified time frame. 3 / 3 3. Learned counsel for State submits that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking permission to submit representation before respondent no. 3 to 5 and direction be issued to concerned authority to consider and decide the same at the earliest within specified time frame, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, permitting petitioner to submit comprehensive representation along with all the relevant and supporting documents before respondent no. 3 to 5, and in the even petitioner submit such representation before respondent no. 3 to 5 it shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the representation. 5.
