The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is her husband. The petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.370 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram seeking dissolution of her marriage with the respondent. 4. As seen from this revision, repeated adjournments have been given by the trial court in the aforesaid HMOP and therefore, the petitioner seeks an early disposal of the aforesaid HMOP, which is now at the stage of trial. 5. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the Sub Court, Tambaram to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.370 of 2023, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.
