On instruction, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired and closed on 01.03.2026. Further, during the enquiry, it was found that the petitioner is facing SARFAESI proceedings for the subject property. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Crl.No.590 of 2026 3. Therefore, the prayer in this writ petition seeking police protection to the petitioner and the educational campus situated at Thiruvanchery Village cannot be considered.
