CRP No. 2302 of 2026 ____________ Page No.2 of 4 For Petitioners: Mr.S.Ajay ***** COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the impugned orders both dated 25.03.2025 passed in I.A.Nos.2 & 2 of 2021 in O.S.Nos.20 & 21 of 2021 on the file of Principal District Court, Perambalur. 2. In the aforesaid orders, the applications filed by the petitioners in these revisions seeking attachment before judgment of the property have been dismissed. Aggrieved by the same, these revision are filed. 3. Being an appealable order, the petitioners ought to have filed appeal before the appropriate appellate court, but instead, has erroneously filed these revisions. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty for the respective petitioners to file appeals before the appropriate appellate court as against the impugned orders. Since these Civil Revision Petitions are not maintainable, they are disposed of by granting liberty to the respective petitioners in these revision to file appeals before the appropriate appellate court as against the impugned orders. The time spent by the respective petitioners before this Court in these revisions shall stand excluded for the purpose of saving limitation u/s 45 of the Limitation Act. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 6.
