Taking into account the facts that has arose in the connected criminal petition, the prayer for impleadment in the instant interlocutory application is allowed. Hence, applicant is allowed to implead the SIT as respondent No.3 in the connected criminal petition being Crl.Petn. No.104(AP)/2026 by furnishing an amended cause title in the criminal petition. It is seen that an amended cause title in the instant criminal petition has already been filed, impleading SIT as respondent No.3.
