By consent of the parties, the matter is taken up for final disposal. 2. Learned Government Counsel would submit that subsequent to the impugned writ order dated 17.03.2025, the Division Bench of this Court delivered a judgment in batch of writ appeal in W.A.No.1769 of 2025 etc. dated 16.07.2025. The Division Bench constituted a High Power Committee to examine the credential of each candidate and fix the benefits as per their entitlement. The Committee has not completed its job by submitting the final report. Therefore, the case of the 1st respondent also is to be considered by the Committee based on the service records. 3. The learned Single Judge, in the impugned order, directed the 1st respondent to submit a representation and directed the authorities to consider the said representation. 4. However, the writ order directing the Department to refund the recovered amount is kept in abeyance till such time, a final decision is taken. 5.
