The petitioners, who are the defendants 1 and 2 in the suit O.S.No.182 of 2024, seek for early disposal of the said suit. The suit has been filed by the first respondent/plaintiff seeking for declaration and permanent injunction. 3. According to the petitioners, the trial Court has been frequently adjourning the matter, and the first respondent/plaintiff also is dragging on the proceedings. 4. As seen from the affidavit filed in support of CRP, pleadings are complete in the suit, but, issues are yet to be framed by the trial Court. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of the suit after framing issues and after conducting trial within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this Court, after giving due consideration to the year of the suit as well as the present stage of the suit, directs the District Munsif Court, Omalur, Salem District, to dispose of the suit O.S.No.182 of 2024 after framing issues and after conducting trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to them in this CRP is dispensed with by this Court.
