FAO No. 300 of 2017, titled as “Sanjeev Sharma Vs Ranjot Singh & Ors.” was decided before National Lok Adalat on 13.12.2025. The matter was settled between the parties and respondent No. 3 agreed to pay Rs. 10,00,000/- to the applicant. 2. By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of compensation, deposited by respondent No. 3. 3. In view of no objection by learned counsel for the non-applicant/respondent No. 3, the application is allowed. The amount, so deposited, is ordered to be released in his favour by remitting the same, along with proportionate interest, to the bank account of applicant, particulars, of which have been mentioned in para 6 of the application.
