By the instant writ petition, the petitioner is praying for the following reliefs : - “I. To issue an appropriate order or direction setting aside the impugned ex parte order dated 29.1.2024 (Annexure-3) passed by Permanent Lo Adalat Haridwar in Case No. 78 of 2022 Anil Kumar Garg Vs Petal Wood Developers & another. II. To issue an appropriate order or direction setting aside the entire proceedings of Execution Case no.10 of 2025 Anil Kumar Garg vs Petal Wood Developer in the court of Civil Judge (SD) Haridwar. III. To issue such other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. IV. To award cost of the writ petition to the petitioners.” 2. On the previous date, both the parties were asked to appear before the mediation and thereafter, the parties appeared before the mediation and now the mediation has become successful and both the parties have arrived with amicable settlement before the Mediator on 14.05.2026. 3. The mediation report along with settlement / agreement entered between the parties is on record. 4. In view of the settlement arrived in 2026:UHC:3731 between both the parties in the presence of the mediator, there is no useful purpose to keep the writ petition pending. 5. In such view of the matter, in terms of the settlement arrived in between the parties before the mediator, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
