This petition is filed, praying that the petitioner not be harassed. When the matter came up for hearing, the Learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner was called for an enquiry in relation to a pending petition. 2. In view thereof, the petitioner may appear before the respondent police on 29.07.2026 and 01.08.2026 (Two days) and the enquiry may be completed on the same day, or, if not, within one additional working day. Thereafter, the parties shall be bound by the outcome of the enquiry. The petitioner shall not be repeatedly called for the enquiry. 3. The learned counsel for petitioner would also submit that already the very same complaint has been lodged three times and the petitioner appeared for enquiry and after enquiry, it has been closed. The petitioner can very well place those documents before the respondent. 4.
