The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner/A2 has developed relationship with the victim girl and he is also the friend of one Sanjay, who was having close acquittance with the victim girl aged about 13 years and started visiting the house and taking advantage of age of the victim girl, had committed aggravated penetrative sexual assault repeatedly, as a result of which, the victim girl became pregnant. Hence, the case. 3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, while opposing the grant of bail to the petitioner, reiterated the prosecution case. 5. I have given anxious consideration to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side. 6. This is a case of gang rape and the DNA report also matches the fetus with the petitioner.
