Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the representation, it can be seen that the petitioner had borrowed money through an online app and claiming himself to be a collection agent, the 3rd respondent is threatening the petitioner. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has repaid several amounts which have not been accounted for. 4. When the money is borrowed, a mere demand for its repayment cannot by itself be a ground for seeking police protection. If any specific offence is committed, the same shall be reported by way of a complaint.
