Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Pursuant to the orders passed in this writ petition, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 25.04.2026 from the Director of School Education conveying that the arrears due to the petitioner have been computed and, in terms thereof, a sum of Rs.86,588/- payable to the petitioner shall be paid to her in three equal installments. The office instructions further state that a demand letter has already been sent to the concerned quarter on 23.04.2026 for providing the budget for release of Rs.28,863/- towards the first installment of arrears due to the petitioner. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. In view of above, let the first installment of the arrear be paid to the petitioner within three weeks from today. 3. With the above observations, the present proceedings are closed. Notice issued to the respondent is discharged. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of her surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law, at an appropriate stage, in case necessity so arises in future.
