Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is absolutely innocent, rather his password and I.D. have been used by Computer Operator. 3. After hearing the parties, I am not inclined to interfere with the Departmental Proceeding and quash the same, as the same is still pending. The issue, which the petitioner is raising and the question of fact which needs to be proved/disproved by adducing evidences, is to be looked into by the Disciplinary Authority during the proceeding. 4. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the Departmental Proceeding is pending since more than a year as the charge has been framed on 21st February, 2025. Thus, I direct the Disciplinary Authority to conclude the enquiry at the earliest, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
