The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the post of Constable by declaring himself as a member of Schedule Caste / Schedule Tribe / OBC and giving eligibility to this effect, if after verification of all document petitioner has appointed on the post of Constable but one person namely, Saryu Prasad on dated 03rd July, 2015 one information gathered that petitioner sister belongs to OBC not SC/ST on that basis department has started enquiry for verification of the caste and matter is pending before the Respondent No. 3. 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file better constituted petition. 3.
