CORAM:

ORDER 21.04.2026
Petition prayer reads as under:
<It is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the case , kindly issue notice to the Opp. Parties and after hearing the parties, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash the notice of Attachment issued to the petitioner in R.P.case no.22 of 2025 under Annexure-2 and may pass an order directing the recovery officer/Opp. Party no.1 not to take any coercive action for attachment of the properties of the petitioner till completion of the investigation in Tangi P.s. case no. 129 of 2026 for the ends of justice;=
2.
Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner having argued the matter now very fairly agrees with our suggestion that his application in M.A. No.30 of 2026 filed under Order IX Rule 13 seeking recall of the DRT order dated 24.06.2025, if directed to be
Order No.
01. p. 2 considered on a war footing, justice would be meted out to his client.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off requesting the DRT to take up Petitioner9s subject application for its
consideration sympathetically on a war footing, but in accordance with law. In that connection all contentions of the parties are kept open. It is also open to the Petitioner to seek reprieve at the hands of the DRT, if grounds do exit therefor.
Now no costs.
Web copy of order to be acted upon by all concerned.
