The petitioner is an accused in connection with Nirsa (Kalubathan O.P.) P.S. Case No.642 of 2025. The petitioner and others were involved in illegal transportation of bovine animals. On seeing the Police party, the vehicle tried to flee away but it overturned and on search two bovine animals, one dead and one grievously injured were found. Petitioner appears to be in custody since 24.12.2025. Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dhanbad in connection with Nirsa (Kalubathan O.P.)
