Mr.Shaik Ameenuddin, learned counsel, would submit that the Criminal Petition is filed challenging Crime No.50 of 2020 on the file of Kurnool II Town Police Station, Kurnool District, and that, in the interregnum period, the investigation was completed and the charge sheet was filed. He would further submit that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet.
