No.39 of 2026 O R D E R This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to take necessary action against respondents 2 and 3 on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 03.10.2025. 2.The petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent instead of lodging complaint before the jurisdictional police. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge fresh complaint on fresh cause of action, if any, before the jurisdictional police.
