H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2023 is now in the stage of cross examination of P.W.1 and is posted for hearing on 03.08.2026. 4. Since the petition in H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2023 was filed by the petitioner in the year 2023, the petitioner seeks for early disposal of H.M.O.P. No.46 of 2023, through this Civil Revision Petition. 5. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to Sub Court, Polur, Thiruvannamalai to dispose of H.M.O.P.
