The Suit is in the trial stage. 4. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, an interlocutory application filed by the respondents/defendants in I.A.No.14 of 2026 is also pending before the Trial Court. She would submit that counter had already been filed by the petitioner in the said interlocutory application. Further, she would submit that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged 72 years and on account of the pendency of the Suit, she suffers mental and financial agony. 5. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the I.A. filed by the respondents as well as the Suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 3998 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 6.After giving due consideration to the fact that the suit is of the year 2016 and is in the stage of trial and the pendency of the interlocutory application filed by the respondent, this Court directs the Principal District Court, Krishnagiri to dispose of the interlocutory application in I.A.No.14 of 2026 as well as Suit O.S.No.59 of 2016, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 8.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
