The case is posed for cross-examination of PW1 on 06.08.2026. According to the petitioner, repeated adjournments are being given by the Family Court, and therefore, there is a delay in the disposal of the aforesaid HMOP. 3. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Sub-Court, Polur, Thiruvannamalai, to dispose of the aforesaid HMOP within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the Sub-Court, Polur, Thiruvannamalai, to dispose of HMOP.No.34 of 2024 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent in this CRP is dispensed with.
