This Writ Petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to remove the encroachments in in Ward No.4, Block No.19, Survey No.19/1144/1 situate at Thiruvannamalai Town, which is classified as Sarkar Poromboke in the Revenue Records within a stipulated period, based on the petitioner’s representation dated 28.04.2026. 2 According to learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner made representation before the respondents on 28.04.2026 seeking to remove the encroachments made in Ward No.4, Block No.19, Survey No.19/1144/1 situate at Thiruvannamalai Town, which is classify as Sarkar Poromboke in the Revenue Records. But the respondents neither removed the encroachments nor passed any orders on the petitioner’s representation. Hence the writ petitioner constrained to filed this Writ Petition. 2 / 5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.28238 of 2026 3 Mr.K.Surendar, learned Government Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 and he would submit that the petitioner’s representation is under consideration and suitable orders will be passed on the same. 4 Considering the nature of relief and the limited prayer sought for by the Writ Petitioner, we are inclined to issue directions to the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation and pass orders. 5 Accordingly the Writ Petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 28.04.2026 and after causing notice to all the necessary parties and encroachers, if any, and after giving due opportunities to them, pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
