Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 18.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4448 of 2025 the petitioner was provided privilege of anticipatory bail however the petitioner could not surrender before the learned court within stipulated period as the grand father of the petitioner had left for his heavenly abode. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the privilege of anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner inspite of that the petitioner has not surrendered. 4. Considering the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, further two weeks time from today is extended to surrender in the light of order dated 18.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4448 of 2025. 5. The order dated 18.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4448 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. Rest part of the order dated 18.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4448 of 2025is kept intact. 6.
