The Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not paying the salary to the Petitioner from 01.08.2024 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner was appointed as Bare Foot Technician under MGNREGS, Gudupalle Mandal, Chittor District, after due training in the year 2017 and he has been discharging his duties as such. However, the salary of the Petitioner from 01.08.2024 is not being paid. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents on instructions submits that on account of technical issues, the salary of the Petitioner could not be disbursed and the amounts will be disbursed to the Petitioner within a period of three months from today. 4. Heard the learned counsels. 5. Taking note of the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions: 3 i) The Respondents shall pay the arrears of the salary to the Petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
