The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, by taking this court through the FIR, submitted that the accused are now trying to illegally adjust the amount of over Rs.1,36,00,000/- lying in the account towards the sale consideration. As a matter of fact, the representation received by the respondent itself would amount to tampering with the evidence, and the respondent ought to have registered one more case. 3. In view thereof, there is no question of transferring the investigation at this stage. The respondent police are directed to file the final report within a period of 10 working days from today.
