Taking into account that their presence would be necessary for effective compliance to the order dated 02.08.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 3478/2022, this Court impleads the opposite party Nos. 3 and 4 in the accompanying contempt application as respondent/contemnor Nos. 3 and 4. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court within 7 Page No.# 3/3 (seven) days and the Registry shall on the basis of the said Memo of Parties and the present order make necessary corrections in the cause title and update the same in the CIS. 4.
