2. Considering the nature of relief, the Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) was heard.
3. The following factors are considered : (a). This is a case of the year 2025 and is at the stage of service pending – NBW. (b) There are 12 witnesses to be examined in this case.
4. Considering all the above, the petitioner and the prosecution are
directed to co-operate for the early disposal, and the learned Additional Mahila Court (JM), Ariyalur is requested to expedite the Trial and complete the case as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than one year from the date of receipt of the web-copy of the order.
