There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.” 2. It is reported that disciplinary proceedings have been completed. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled to the subsistence allowance till the year 2023, when he was terminated from service. This issue has not spelt out in the order in the writ petition as the learned Judge has only directed the respondent to disburse the subsistence allowance payable to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the quantum awarded, he shall challenge the same in accordance with law. This Court exercising contempt jurisdiction cannot be called upon to decide the quantum payable. The petitioner ought to have been more vigilant while drafting the relief in the writ petition. 5.
