Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 5. In this case, the petitioner filed an online application dated 08.04.2026 before the respondent, requesting them for transfer of patta, pertaining to the subject property, in favour of the petitioner. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 8. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 08.04.2026 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 9. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
