Mr.Malarvannan, learned counsel for the Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) states that there is no visiting Physiotherapist in Puzhal Jail. He however says that there is one in Vellore jail and suggests that the detenu may be transferred there for the purpose of physiotherapy. That seems cumbersome. Moreover, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the detenu prefers to avail private treatment locally. 2. Hence, let a request be made by the petitioner before the authorities indicating the private facilities that she wishes to avail and we leave it to the authorities to take view in regard to the request as and when made, within a day from date of receipt of the request. 3.
