(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.169 of 2024, under Sections 8, 21, 27, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Doiwala, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is the third bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1797 of 2024, was rejected on 09.01.2025. The second bail application, being BA2 No.136 of 2025, was rejected on 13.03.2026. 4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail. Accordingly, the bail application deserves to be rejected. 5. The bail application is rejected.
