By this petition, petitioner is seeking direction upon respondents to issue international passport in his favour. 02. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner is well educated businessman by profession and he has been conducting his lawful business for last so many years. It is further stated that the petitioner has never been convicted by any Court of law and he has never indulged in any kind of anti-national or unlawful activity. Petitioner had applied for issuance of passport on 16.04.2021, however, the same has not been issued in his favour till date. 03. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would feel satisfied, if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider the application form of the petitioner for Mohammad Yaseen Dar I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document issuance of passport within a reasonable time. His statement is taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondents is not averse to the proposition made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 04. With the consensus of learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the application form of the petitioner dated 16.04.2021, for issuance of passport within a period of two months from the date of passing of this order, provided there in no legal impediment. 05.
