On instruction, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that originally FIR in crime No.376 of 2025 was registered by the fourth respondent under Section 194 of BNSS. However, after conducting investigation, offences have been altered as under Section 108 of BNS. 3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. However, the fourth respondent is directed to file final report in crime No.376 of 2025 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
