According to the petitioner, the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent has to be declared as nullity. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of the aforesaid HMOP within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this Court directs the Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of HMOP.No.810 of 2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent in this CRP is dispensed with by this Court.
