Mr. Haque submits that the applicant No.1 in this application is the respondent No.1 in the connected appeal and he filed this interlocutory application under Order XXII Rule Page No.# 2/2 10-A read with Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure for giving information about the death of the respondent No.2 to this Court. He also submits that the respondent No.2 suffered demise on 17.12.2021. The submission of Mr. Haque and also the facts mentioned in this interlocutory application are taken note of. However, in view of absence of the opposite party/appellant before the Court today, no direction could be issued for taking step for impleadment of the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2.
