CRP No. 4010 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 ORDER This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seek for an early disposal of Domestic Violence Complaint viz., D.V.C No.119 of 2024, pending on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai. 3.The petitioner is the wife. The respondents are the husband, father-in- law and mother-in-law of the petitioner respectively. As seen from this Civil Revision Petition, the pleadings were completed in D.V.C.No.119 of 2024 and the said case is posted for enquiry. Since the complaint was filed in the year 2024, the petitioner seeks for early disposal of the same through this Civil Revision Petition. 4. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai, to dispose of the D.V.C.No.119 of 2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.After giving due consideration to the year of the D.V.C and the present status of D.V.C., this Court directs the Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
